LetsPe supports all payment methods for Normal Refunds. Refund amounts are sent back to the real payment method used while making the payment. For Example, if a guest used a credit card to make the payment, the refund amount is sent to the same credit card details holder.
Usually LetsPe takes 2-3 working days to process refunds. When you send a refund request to LetsPe, the details are sent to our banking partners. Relying on the bank's refund processing time, it can take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in the customer's bank account, card details or other wallets.

For any refund request, LetsPe doesn't charge any processing fee. Although, the transaction fee and GST levied by LetsPe at the time of payment will not be refunded to your account. Only payment amount will be refunded to customer bank details.
